甲哌鎓用处

【用处一】
用作动物成长安排剂,能加强叶绿素合成,遏止主茎和果枝伸长
【用处二】
用作动物成长安排剂,能推进动物发育、提前开花、防止寥落、添加产量
【用处三】
动物成长遏止剂,能遏止动物细胞和节间伸长。对棉花、小麦、番茄、葡萄活性较高。能节制棉花成长,对棉株高度、果枝长度有较着遏止传染打动,并使株型紧兵变,封行退迟,削减中下部棉桃寥落。对成长畅旺的棉花,在盛蕾至始花时,用甲哌鎓0.75g/100m2,对水11.3~15kg喷雾,持效期达25d,一般可减产10%~20%。番茄在移苗前和初花期2次用100mg/L甲哌鎓喷洒,用药液6kg/100m2,能无效节制腋芽,添加前期花量,推进晚期坐果,削减落花落果,减产20%以上。苹果用25~150mg/L药液喷洒叶面,可添加钙离子,使果核变小。柑橘用25~100mg/L药液喷洒后,可使果实早熟,果肉添加。用于赏玩动物可遏止植株徒长,使植株坚实,抗倒伏和改良色泽。
【用处四】
助状素是新型动物成长安排剂,可用于多种作物,阐扬多种功能。在棉花上独霸较广,可无效地防止棉花疯长,节制株型紧凑,削减落铃,推进成熟,使棉花减产。此外,助壮素用于冬小麦可防止倒伏;用于苹果可添加钙离子领受,削减苦陷病;用于柑桔可添加糖度;助壮素是70年代斥地的动物成长安排剂中受人注方针品种。

吡啶在铝镍催化剂传染打动下,高压加氢生成六氢吡啶,即哌啶。哌啶经甲基化(甲基化剂采用甲醛等试剂或氯甲烷)制成N-甲基哌啶。N-甲基哌啶在加压前提下,与氯甲烷发生鎓盐化反映,即得甲哌鎓。
制备编制二

【编制二】
由吡啶在铝镍合金催化剂下,高压加氢制成六氢吡啶(哌啶),再与甲醛、甲酸反映获得N-甲基哌啶,进一步与氯甲烷加压盐化而制得助状素。按 GB 9555-88,助状素原药为白色或微黄色晶体,无效成份含量优级品≥98.0%,一级品≥96.0%。助状素加工成25g/L超低容量剂型或加工成42g/L、50g/L、460g/L的水剂。原料耗损定额:哌啶(折100%)550kg/t、氯甲烷(折100%)760kg/t。
